Default RIP Clutch #2

This one only lasted me 57,000 miles. The original went at 78,000. Apparently this is "the norm" for these cars.

:wtc:

I accept Paypal donations, seeing as I haven't gotten my bill for my rims and tires yet, I have a bad wheel bearing, just did a major service and now this h:

I just bought a new Exedy/Diaken for my '98 EX (mine was slipping at 101k miles) for about $115 shipped from here.

http://www.clutchcityonline.com/

That low price made me nervous too (includes disk, pressure plate, pilot, throwout bearing and alignment tool) but I've had it for about 2000 miles so far and no problems yet. The stock Honda clutch disk I pulled out was a Diaken too. Cost me $40 get the flywheel cut and I was good to go.
