so heres an update:

after contacting my insurance claims person (finally ) i gave her all the info of what happened, she then tells me that if im at fault i would have to pay a 1000 dollar deductable to get my car fixed. i found that odd that she would say that, then she tells me that she called the other guy and he said he wasnt at fault. :sqfawk: now she has to contact the other guys insurance and see if they find him at fault or not, if not then my insurance will have to investigate further to see whos at fault. :madfawk:

anyhoo, taking my car in on wednesday to get it estimated for the damages. this should be good.

 

Did you call the cops at the time of the accident?

 

i hate insurance companies bullshits and shady people.
