congrats old dude...another 25 years to celebrate~!!!

My weekend was hectic as well...

THURSDAY
nite...i helped to put things together for our even the next nite (Black April Commemoration)...then picked up my brother from ucla...spent the nite at my parents because i was too tired to go home...

FRIDAY
since it was the last day of my insurance...i went to the dr's...the dentist..and was gonna go to the optometry..but they said my check up was not due until Aug...too bad...

Then i went to work..after work i changed into my Ao Dai w/the quickness and drove to LB to pick up a friend...We then drove down to OC to attend the Black April event...

afterwards we got free food at Pho Hoa and sang karaoke there as well...then i drove britt back to get her car...and drove over to a friend's (mike's) place to play texas hold 'em...we started around midniteish...and finished at 4:30 AM...i was the big winner of the nite...$81..then we all crashed for the nite

SATURDAY
morning...they made me wake up earlie to go to another community event..we found out it was gonna b a protesting thingie..so we lagged and didnt go..ended up buying every1 vietnamese sammiches since i won...then we attended our Human Sex Trafficking Forum...i got interviewed for our little TV show in my Ao Dai..since i felt out of place wearing an ao dai...and needed clothes because i did not go home..i dragged a friend to go to Target to get some clothes...

afterwards myself and 2 other ladies went to Costco to buy foods for the picnic...afterwards a group of friends and i drove to SD for another event...after the event we got MORE free food and drove back home

SUNDAY
Woke up and picked up some catered food for picnic..dropped food off...BBQed until around a bit b4 5 PM...

went on radio for another interview about black april...

went back to my parents...got my laundry and FINALLY went home

although i had fun...i dont know if i can handle that every weekend...

Thanks everyone. It's all been amazing. It went too fast for the reality to keep up. Lots of drugs for now to take. My morning pills and my evening pills, I take 6 of this 8 of that, 2 of these, 1 of those, so on and so forth. I have a small tackle box for pills on a day by day basis for a week. I won't be posting too much for now, but looking in daily as I recoup.

Now don't you go and ruin that liver by heavy boozin'!

I'm really glad to hear you're ok! It's always good to hear about successful transplants like this. This is why I want to be a donor when I die.

Do you have any cool scars to show for it?
