I'm high school so I never drive anywhere far.. and work is only a mile away.. so I fill up probably 2 times a month.. at 17-20 each so $40 is a good estimate.. but if I take trips that like doubles my shit. gas is $$$ right now:eek3:

Id say I fill up about 4-5 times a month, spending ~ $20 per, so prolly ~ $80-$100 a month for me

I've been averaging about 26mpg since I bought the DC back in Oct 2001.
So, on average, I'll fill up 2 or 3 times a month, usually at $20-$25 a pop. So, it could certainly be worse. But it's the crappy octane levels that bug me more than the price. h:

I feel your pain man.. I mean the octane here in utah is 85, 87, and 91 respective to the grade level. I mean midgrade is only 87? wtf is with that. In vegas midgrade is 89 and 87 is the cheap shit.

Dayum... 85 octane!?!!?!?!1 :eek3: And in your summer heat, ignition retardation would be savage...that's just not right. :a:

Although, if you're simply fueling some mammoth 6.2L V8, I guess a couple of degrees of retard wouldn't matter much h:

yea the average soccer mom around here drives a lifted chevy with a huge ass engine. Its just the way this damn town is. me and chanc and a few others are all the imports around it seems like sometimes. Premium gas is $2.20 right now. not too bad but still crazy considering its only 91 octane
