Yea damn, you can tell that the guy who got arrested got slammed, his head went up to the windshield. And it was with enough force to move the dash camera. I wouldn't be surprised if he broke all his apendages.

Oh yea and in the second video, you can tell he was looking at the cop because you can see his break lights turning on less than a second before he piled up the car.
