I have a Canon ELPH 370Z. I havent used it for a while now, about a year, so i sold it to my dad for someone he wanted to give them to. But the problem now is that i cannot open the latch to get the film out. It seems to be stuck, there is a lil black dial that u turn to open the film thigny but its stuck, and i dont wanna break it, any advace? or place i can take it?

Looks like you're turning it the wrong way. :chuckles: Also, maybe use a butter knife to pry the door open gently while you turn the switch. :dunno:
