Anyone here from Fresno Ca? Is so is it a nice place to live?

 

hot...middle of nowhere...in between SF and LA. nice place for a norcal and socal meet though

 

depends on what area!! i live 30 miles from fresno but i frequent it quite often!! geography wise i think is perfect cause your not too far from norcal, socal, the coast, the mountains!! like any other big city its got crimes and such but nothing too big!! there are alot of asians and african americans which isnt a bad thing!! IMO the best part of fresno to live in is in the clovis area which is pretty clean and more of a rural setting!! as far as things to do you name it fresno has it and its not really expensive!! any more questions hit ask and ill answer as best i could!!

 

i admint...clovis is a pretty nice area.

i was in Clovis area around 8 years ago. it was all white population back then...i dunno about now.

 

not really!! there are alot of white people there but not the segregated uppidy type!! there's alot of cowboy style white ppl there but racial wise I would say its pretty diverse!! theres alot of fresno state students in this area also!!

 

from Fresno. Fresno is a nice place, cheap living, houses are mad cheap. I know people around my age buying 6-bedroom homes now like it's nothing. Place is gonna blow up in a few years. Some companies from Silicon Valley have already moved in central Cali, like Visalia. Traffic isn't so bad. Although weather gets mad hot during the summer, in the triple digits.

 

Its hell on earth my friend, hell on earth! I had the unfortunate experience of being stranded there for aboutt 8 hours. My friend's ML got stuck on Highway 5 and it had to be towed to fresno. Its hot, hot, and nothing to do. There is one main street where everyone drives up and down and cruises, and i think thats all the city has to offer. Avoid it by all means possible man!
