1) It's "summer" all year (in SoCal at least, and partly in NorCal).
2) Due to #1 being present, we get skimpy clothing wear all year long that culminates in a wonderful display of nekkidness, or near nekkidness, come REAL summer.
Bad thing:
1) We don't have random rain storms anytime of the year, let alone in summer, to suprise those girls with a nice wet-tshirt concert.
