celica gt w/140hp will be pretty even with a civic ex. prelude should spank it. assuming the drivers are equal.

celica gts w/180hp will walk civics, preludes, and suv's.

It does but if there is no power to be had then you can shift as quickly as you want and still go nowhere.

What Nightshade said. I have 100 whp in my car, so no matter how fast I shift, I won't go any faster than that 100 hp is capable of.

i wouldn't take nightshade seriously, he's a grade A arm-chair racer and mechanic. the dude is unemployed for years, he learns a lot of bs from reading net articles.

And how would you know? You just showed up here, and so far most of what I've seen out of you isn't very encouraging.

Just for your own reference, Nightshade has an Accord with a built H22 that runs in the 13s.
