Questions abt PC component.....
350w is good enough. I've got a 450w powerhouse in this compy for all my fans and cooling devices. But this stuff was running fine on a 350w supply.
I used 2 HDD, 1 DVD-rom, 1 burner, 1 floppy, 4 80mm fans and one pci slot exhaust blower.

Here's the one I'm using (mine's blue but it appears to be the same).

I'm running 3 HD's (2 10k rpm SATA Raptors and a 7200 rpm storage drive) P4, DVD/CDRW combo drive and a Radeon 9800 pro with no problems.

People go way overboard on their power supplies. 350W is good for almost all setups... the only exceptions tend to be A: Case modders B: People who put 130957320875083275 fans on their computer and C: Obnoxiously fast vid cards.
Even if they're cheap, high voltage supplies are typically quite loud.
