what grill? my work comp monitor sucks and to me that pic looks like a stock civic hatch on si wheels.

I dont know, the Civic grills I see around have horizontal lines, this is more like a mesh with a badge that sort of sticks out. Is it from Si's? I dont know

Judging by the license plate and overall trim of the car I'd say it's the stock grill on some kind of asian-market Civic...maybe a VTi.
