customer: i have a problem with an order i placed with you guys.
me: what is your account number
cust: blahblahblah
me: there is no account under that number.
cust: what are you talking about? i placed an order on the 2nd and still havent received anything.
me: what is your last name and zip code sir
cust: williams, zipcode
me: what is your street address sir (trying to see if it matched the one on my screen)
cust: 1875 something something (its different)
me: im sorry sir, but you dont have an account with us under that information.
me: what state are you in?
cust: ootah
me: (i search, nothing)
cust: try zip code blahblahblah
me: i found a james william sir...but this is a james william in idaho.
