You'd have to crack open the case and look on the HD and RAM to tell. I would guess it's a 5400 RPM HD and PC2100 or PC2700 RAM. Like I said, the only way to really tell for sure it to open the case and look at the stickers on each component.
By cables I meant power cord for CPU, power cord for monitor, video cord for monitor, cord for phone line modem, audio cords for speakers, etc.

This is of course if you are selling previously mentioned items with the computer. They aren't really important, but if someone without them has to buy them, it's about $25-$30 for them. For me it's not an issue cause I have extras of them laying around. I refuse to go to walmart and buy a power cord for my computer for $7. I'm a cheap bastard.

not necessarily. bios might tell you the memory speed. and if you catch the hard drive name on startup, you might be able to look that up and get the details.

That's very true as well.

I thought it would be easier for him to open the case and look if he's unsure how to check it in the bios. That and I wouldn't feel comfortable describing accuratly how to look it up in the bios.

Edit -- actually, it's overclocked to 2.2 ghz (AMD 3200+), but you get the idea.

AMD? Not worth squat.

Next you'll be asking for resale value of your friend's Mitsubishi Mirage.
