Ok, I have this much money to dump into a car = $10,000
Preferably '99 or newer.

These are the cars that keep me up late at night thinking of what I really want....

VW Golf GTI (1.8T)
Integra GS-R
99/00 Civic hatch/coupe w/ swap
99+ Accord VTEC
02 Civic Si

I want something luxurious, and fast. But I am easily manipulated and could be convinced to do any of the above options.

I am leaning toward the GTI, GSR, or Si.....HELP!!
i'd save up like $4000.00 more and get the type r better than the rest of those cars

None of the cars on your list are luxurious, or fast.

You want luxurious and fast, get a Mercedes E500.

Anyway, among the choices on your list:

I can't stand VWs for numerous reasons I don't feel like going in to.

GSR - good, but kind of annoying to find in all of the used car listings and dunno if you'll find a '99+ for under 10 grand

Swapped hatch - you have to buy the hatch, then you have to buy the motor, then you have to do the swap; "plans" such as these have a way of never getting accomplished

Accord VTEC - pretty much every Accord from '99 up is VTEC; do you mean I4 or V6?

'02 Si - doubt if you'll find one under $10k, they're ugly, but they do drive pretty nice

I'd go looking for GSRs or try to find a Prelude VTEC which is also a pretty nice car and you should be able to find one for a pretty good price.

Is this $10k your total budget you have to pay for other things like insurance, registration, gas, repairs, etc? If that's the case you don't want to spend any more than say, $7500 on the car itself.

I'll try to respond to everyone in this post...

1. It has to be a stick, I wanna have fun while I'm young and cruise my automatic when I'm old.

2. All the cars I've listed I have seen on Autotrader for around $10k, most steer towards $11k, but I can bend a little.

3. The Accord 2 door 4 cyl

4. A 99-00 Civic coupe with a swap is a lot more luxurious than what I currently drive, the straight pipe to N1 muffler is like whoa inside the EG.

Thanks for all the responses!!

civic to civic and you want something more? You'll regret it. Sounds to me like you want a little luxury flare.
