oh man. this one doctor here totally reminded me of your mouse thread.
i mean...i was there training her how to use outlook. and she was using her mouse, and she got to the end of her mousepad, but he pointer was still at the middle of the screen, and she was like, "so now how am i supposed to get this all the way to the other side of the screen" so then i told her to pick up the mouse, and move it to the middle of the mouse pad. and she was still confused. i had to explain it to her a few more times before she understood what i was talking about.
