so i want to buy something from somebody from canada. But i don't trust him. He wants the money thru paypal. Will i be protected? is there a way for me to buy from him and if i get a pile of rocks i could do something about it to get my money back? thanks, your help is appreciated.

has anybody delt business with him before?

Uh if you don't trust him in the first place, why are you even bothering to do business with him?

Best thing I could recommend is to look on paypal's site. They are they ones handling the money and the ones you would goto if there's a problem.

Suppose it does go bad and you have to goto court or something... "some people on HAN said it was cool" won't hold up to anything.

uh... yeah... but because of hospital bills, i can't risk losing money... except for a few exceptions... like gambling... woo hoo

yeah paypal backs up customers who buy using ebay... i don't know about anything else outside of ebay.

paypal provides security no matter where youre buying from. if its worth it, go for it. if you're worried, dont do it.
