taped up headlights....

well, i just saw a ricemobile w/ taped up headlights driving down the road at night:rofl:...

but that made me wonder, why do autox and track racers tape up their headlights? aerodynamics:thinking:??

I always assume so that if they break it doesn't go all over :dunno:.
