Default Window tint removal

Whats the cleanest method of removing tint from window? Im thinking a razor blade and some soapy water??

that's what i used. warm soapy water.

That's always worked for me. They make tint remover products but they are usually expensive and don't work much better than soapy water and a razor.

i just had to do remove the tint from my front windshield. A tip I learned is to take the razor blade and cut a small piece of the tint off at the upper top of the window at farthest point at either side. Then try and peel the tint down the side and curve it at the bottom so you get the bottom tint which is a bish to remove. The strip you remove should look like and L shape. Then keep repeating across the window. Makes it a heckuva lot easier to cleanup. I found windex turned the glue into a gummy stringy stuff that was easily wiped off with a cloth towel

I used a razor blade and some 409 Tough degreaser... Had my windows so clean you could eat off of them...

I heard that Simple Green is good stuff to use to remove tint with.
