However where do I begin too look to take such a class in the bay area? Can anyone help me out please? I've always wanted to take a kick boxing class and I figure it will be able to get me more motivated too loose weight and gain more muscle. If anyone knows where in NorCal I can take kick boxing classes that would be great. Thanks btw I live in Alameda so anywhere close to home would be great.
