i took the 3 in on tuesday because there was a rattle in the door. they have a loaner car program, but it's crappy. they send you to a car rental agency and pay for it. but the place (enterprise) was out of all their small cars (that mazda would pay for) so i got a ford cargo van. that thing sucked. i have my car back now, but the rental was crap. luckily i still have my civic which i was able to drive instead.
