I almost forgot about my mishap at Wendy's on Sunday.

So it's Sunday and my gf and I are out driving around looking at townhouses/condos. It's getting towards the evening so we decide to stop by Wendy's and get a bite to eat. I go thru drive thru and make my order and proceed. After waiting for a minute or two we decided to see if they can add a 5piece Chicken Nuggets to the order. I get to the window and this guy gives me the total and I ask him to add the 5 piece. He gives me this look, takes my $20 and closes the window. As soon as the window shuts he turns away and is like "son of a b!tch! that motherphocker!" I turned to my gf and was like "did he just say what i thought he said?!" She heard the same thing. He comes back to the window and gets his manager because he doesn't know how to add it to my order or even ring up a seperate order and the manager is trying to be loud and smart "That's why we ask the important question.....WILL THAT BE ALL??"
At this point, I'm like WTF! "What kind of place are you running here? I'm buying your food and you're being phocking d!cks about adding on to my order?! How hard is it?!?" I went off on the manager and the guy. He gave me this look and said something so I recalled what he said when he originally closed the window and cursed. I know I was wrong for doing this but I was ready to beat his ass so I called him a "b!tch" and a "phocking loser working a minimum wage job" etc etc. I know that was wrong but it felt right for the way they treated me.

Arrrgh.. That pissed me off!

i think you did the right thing. i would have asked for my money back and cancelled the order too. i'd be like fawk you, i am not comin to this place ever again

one time i went to wendys and asked for 1 5pc nuggets
i went to window, paid, the manager put a 5 pc in my bag, then the window girl put a 5pc in my bag and handed it to me

id ask for my money back, and call the corporate office in front of them and get their full names while on the phone. i hate bad service. :mad:

personally the only problem i have with wendys is when i ask for my damn burger plain and i still get weeds on it!!!
