fast food companie's HR dept must not care about who they hire for what position :happysad:

 

at jack in the box they have a sticker at the pickup window iwth a peice of cake that says "it's not to late to order"

 

me an my gf went to el pollo loco / fosters freeze
we asked for:
1 kids cone chocolate
1 kids cone swirl
$ .97 each

get to the window and the guy goes
"$ 2.74" or something like that
me being the cheapass i am thinks it should be like $ 2.10 or so

so he brings us 2 vanilla meduim cones

i say no, i asked for 1 chocolate kids cone, 1 swirl kids cone
he says " ...ok"

comes back with 2 meduim dipped cones

at this point my gf turns on the temper and says:
"look we asked for 2 kids cones. 1 chocolate. 1 swirl. not medium. kids. not dipped. regular. ok?"
his face was like :eek3: and looked at me and i :dunno:

he came back with 2 kids cones
1 choco, 1 vanilla

she said ok forget it lets go

after 1 bite shes "ok stop"

gets out and runs in
i can see her talking to the manager
after about 5 mins she comes back out with a large cone and our money back



did i mention his english was terrible (hispanic)

jesus, just get the food and leave how hard is that?
you get 2 big macs instead of cheeseburgers, thats MORE than a cheeseburger, you got more than u paid for. is it really worth argueing for a couple small details but if you are allergic to mayonaise then thats a different story. No need to make a scene out of everything. they charge you 3 something for 7 dollar items. ?!?!?!!? pay it and leave....

 

he didnt get what he wanted
and it sounds like she didnt take down some of the stuff he ordered

 

and how hard is it to read the story and comprehend.... he ordered SEVEN items, but was only charged 3 because they DIDNT give him SEVEN items :doh:

 

I'm glad the Wendy's by my school is otay.

 

i thought the problem was the dude swearing about adding to the order??
