I do see your point, but I think there is a difference between a battle and an unprovoked attack.

It's tasteless and all, but that's their choice to make it.
My main concern with the game isn't that it's tasteless though.
It just looks like a stupid game. Spawn in random places (some where you can't even win) and try to escape? Pfft, come on. At least have us be able to spawn on the airplane and save it from ever happening in the first place.
