anyone with diabetes? ... i think i got it. whats the most important symptom without actually going to the doctor?

go to the doctor. it is impossible for any of us, or any website, to correctly diagnose you.

i am hypoglycemic, which can turn into diabetes. i thought i might be diabetic a few years ago, because i was excessively thirsty, peeing a lot, being very run down and tired, hungry all the time, but losing weight.. all of those signs pointed to diabetes, but i am not diabetic. goes to show that it's important to see a doctor and have them run the necessary tests.

 

Peeing numerous times an hour without drinking much is a sign. Others are being tired, weak, dizzy, etc.

 

you need a blood test. seek medical help. I was diagnosed when I was 16.
