is this normal??

ever since i've been taking a multivitamin [dietary supplement] my pee has gone from a dakar yellow to a phoenix yellow..

i assume this is a good thing... the pee looks healthier

its actually Vitamin B2 -- Riboflavin thats causes the Bright Glow... mines was like NEON Yelllow-green. Does taking vitamins make you thirsty or is it just me?

no, you're wrong. yellow pee is a beginning sign of dehydration. the darker it is the more dehydrated you are.

its not dark... its bright and vibrant... my g/f's is the same and she consumes gallons of water a day.. we started the vitamins at the same time.. and she's taking extra hair vitamins

ALRITE... the reason why its becomes bright yellow is because the body doesn't need all the B2 vitamins...so it flushes out. Dark cloudy yellow means your dehydrated.
