Anyone know of any review sites that I can read up at, I think my bro wants to sell his old VHS one for a new Sony one.

 

I used CNET to do the bulk of my research for my Canon digital camera, IMO they're a dammed good resource. Check it out.

 

I've been roaming around on CNet. I think its a waste trying to use a camcorder as a digicam and a video recorder. The still capability of most camcorders one can afford is pretty crappy. So I told my brother his best bet was to keep the old Sony camcorder and buy a Canon A80 since all he wants is simple point and shoot capability.
