eh.... I wait till the edges dry up... get myself all pumped up... get the adrenaline flowing... I take care of my own in grown toenails. Yea, it's messy. Yea, it hurts. But after wards, my toes don't hurt for a few months... then it's at it again.
Tried the doctors way of doing it, that only lasts an extra few months... if that.
