Basically the judge says that they now have to prosecute each person by themselves rather than groups of 200+. I'm hoping this means they'll back off on this because it'll cost a bit to much money for what they get back.

no kidding i still buy cds... but it teaches artists not stop this 1 hit wonder bullshit. i refuse to buy a cd with 1 good song and 12 shitty songs screw that.
