That's cool, at least your open into trying new things. But yeah as Will stated earlier, no meat.

I only like it when it is marinated a certain way like for dim sum otherwise I'm really not that big on it.

oh, i am totally into trying new foods all the time, especially asian foods. my infancy/early childhood was spent with a chinese babysitter (who spoke to me only in cantonese.. sadly i don't speak it anymore :wtc: ), so i learned to like all sorts of "different" foods at a young age.

it's just that when food is still in its original form, i can't help but think of the poor animal being put to death for my meal. it's the inner vegetarian in me i guess. :happysad:

That's neat. I went to a chinese school and studied cantonese (read/write/speak) for like 7 years and I still don't remember much of it. h: I are teh suck. h:

i went to a chinese catholic school for 8 yrs., had language and calligraphy classes. dont know squat, cant remember a word and my handwriting looks like it was written by will's chicken feet. oh yeah.....salami sandwich and frosted flakes.

I'm cooking a pot roast today. Nice piece of beef, potatoes, carrots, onion, spices etc. Should be ready to eat around 6:30-7:00. Means lots of leftovers too.
