I picked up a bottle of Centrum today, Because i figured since i dont eat or like most vegetables n all that healty stuff, I minds well try n make up for the vitamins i lack! well just wanted to see what ya guys took.


lol i remember back in the day when i took those flintstones vitamins.

 

I do the same. I try to take a centrum every day. College life doesn't encourage a healthy diet. If only beer was a good source of nutriants. LOL

 

i take the onesource multivitamins sold at wal mart

 

why does vitamin B make my piss glow in the dark yellow :eh:

I take them Walgreen's Ultra Choice dealies. Pretty standard multivitamin with a few extra things: Lutein, Lycopene, Ginseng and Ginko Biloba.

I try no to use em as a replacement for eating like shit though. I mean I eat my fair share of not-so-good things but I also try and eat healthy when I get the chance.

 

I take Waltrum....

 

i take a multi, glucosimin, and fish oil

and protein shakes but i don't think that counts

 

The vitamin you're talking about is Vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin. The molecular structure of Riboflavin absorbs photon energy from certain frequencies of visible light, and this energy excites certain valence electron shells of the Riboflavin molecule, which then begin to "oscillate" or vibrate rapidly, giving off energy in frequencies which our eyes detect as visible light in the yellow to green range of the spectrum. The molecule starts "glowing" even under bright light, but you just can't see it .
