So yeah I went back and found the original thread about this thing.

The production version is coming out here in the fall as a 2005 model. It is going to be a stretched version of the FM platform that underpins the 350Z, G35 and FX. Engine options will be the same 3.5 liter V6 and 4.5 liter V8.

(Oh and yeah, we knew about this in News & Rumors back in October. )

I35 dies after this year. Infiniti is going to be all rwd or awd from now on.
