Living in Wiskin...
In no other state can you listen to a police scanner and hear the sheriff, highway patrol and local police chase a c*w, that got hit on the road, around a muddy field.
Two months ago, 3 h*rses got hit on the highway.

i saw a van hit a deer and drive off about a year ago. dude didnt even stopped, just kept going as if its a normal occurence:ugh:
i pulled over and called the PD so they can come and put it to sleep or eat it or something.
