Took advice to hand, and the sun came out, so I took more pics... what do you think?

ok, i've more if needed, but these were the ones I liked

 

I like the bird pictures I'd have zoomed and got a little less sky.

 

i like the 2nd one. theres an obvious subject in it. but i would have moved the glove and placed it in a more open space.

just my $.02

Pretty nice, I would have moved the glove as well, the bird one is ok...the 3rd I would of had a bit higher and closer to rail but...thats just my opinion.

I disagree about the glove shot...I think it works exactly like it is.

Those are a very nice improvement and overall I think every one of them looks good.

The bird one....not so sure about a little far off for my taste but its my taste so who cares

 

same here I like the glove shot. the only thing i would have done differently is maybe take another slightly higher angle shot.

 

btw camo can you not change the name of the pics so i can take a look at the exif info

I would say your aperture setting is probably a little too large. go one step down if you can control it.

 

use more angles like in the second last shot. You have a lot of verticles and horizontles in the composition, but I dont see enough usage of perspective and light - make it move!.

Also, I'd wait till sunup or sun down and really work with the extream contrasts from the sun light.
