Default identity theft

I think I've become a victim of ID theft. Someone got into my Paypal account and got a lot of my sensitive information like bank account, credit card number and billing address for the credit card, full name, and my SSN!

What should I do? I don't want anything to bad to happen and I don't want this to ruin my credit history.

Please help!

first thing contact the bank and tell them what is going on.

second get a credit report

third be prepared for a long fight. Hopefully your case wont turn out as bad

tell everybody you have financial relations with... your bank, your creditors, your employer, etc. Notify the law, and do a google search, I think there are groups out there that offer free legal advice to victims of ID theft.

SSN is the worst. I'm not sure what you can do about it.
