Yeah yesterday i got a ticket for an incomplete exhaust. No muffler. I was planing on getting one this sat. My question is for those who got tickets before, if i get my muffler on can i take pics and have a signed installation reciept and get the charges drop and only pay court charges? Or will i have to pay the fines? Either it doesn't matter to me i just seeing if i can save some money. thanks for the help.

this might be ireelevent but some guys at my skool had too dark of tint, when a cop puled them over, they just bs'd by saying, "i have an appointment for removal of tint this Sat." the cop let him go.
if you goto court and show him evidence and everything, id be pretty sure he would let you go, is it a fix-it-ticket?

 

it should say on the ticket if its dismissable or not!! and if you get a muffler on there make sure it aint one of them loud a$$ rice cans cause than it would be a modified exhaust, here in cali at least!!

 

Yeah its a Fix It Ticket for an Imcomplete exhuast. Im planing on putting an XL Magnaflow muffler on. Right now my exhaust is quiter than 89 Db.
