yep. really not a big deal. the people who have the problem now get new engines anyway! nothin to worry about but worth educating yourself if youre seriously considering an m3

Unless I know and trust the seller, I would never buy a modded car. Let alone an M... for that asking price, you can get a new M- with piece of mind and dealer warantee etc. His price is too high.

Not sure on that build date either, for 2001, you'd want something November and NEWER. 29K is not bad, but you have to factor in if it's 29K HARD or Normal driving. Most likely, modded M's wouldn't really be Sunday driven,.. just my $.02.

It doesn't look overly modded aside from the wheels, clear corners, ebrake handle and K&N sticker on the airbox.

And about the price, it's 10 grand less than the base price of a new M3 and this one's got a bunch of options like navigation.
