i dont feel like going to the store.. the steaks are almost done h:

Ask and YE shall recieve:

A1 Steak Sauce

Recipe By : Bette

Serves/Makes : 1 1/2 cups Preparation Time :0:00
Categories : Condiments

1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup raisins
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup light vinegar
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
1 tablespoon bottled grated orange peel
2 tablespoons Heinz Ketchup
2 tablespoons Heinz Chili Sauce

Bring ingredients to a boil for 2 minutes. Stir
constantly. Remove from heat. Allow to cool to
lukewarm. Put mixture through blender on high
speed till it is pureed and smooth. Funnel into
bottle. Cap tightly and refrigerate to use within
90 days.

i used wochestshire (whatever the hell its called) sauce and ketchup... more ketchup than the sauce.. came out pretty good.. put some tabsco in it too

why ruin the steak with steak sauce? Unless you don't know how to fix a steak right. :chuckles:

My gf's mom cooks the hell out of these Delmonicos she buys. Makes me reach for the A1 in a hurry.
