Well, for next school year I'm looking at 1-bedroom apartments and around this area as long as you look thoroughly a 600 sq-ft place can be had for around $600 a month or less. There are some really expensive buildings though since I live near a major university campus and students are always getting screwed over famously by the landlords.

2 bedroom condo in placentia for $800 (for me, 1100 for my roommate).

our tenants pay $650/mo for 1200 sq ft, 2bed, 1 garage car space and a huge yard. this is in milwaukee

total rent for my 3 bedroom condo in West Covina is $1021. It is split between 3 of us. I pay, $328.50.
