If the neck is twisted then you are screwed. Stare down the top of the guitar and the strings should look like train tracks and the frets should be perpendicular to them. Everything else is looking like its cosmetic, just make sure the neck is straight and the wood isn't warped.

Since it says on the head stock that it has a steel reinforced neck, I'm thinking it has a truss rod. So long as the neck isn't cracked or comming appart at the joint, you should be able to have the truss rod adjusted to make the string action right. Like everyone else said, the rest of it is just cosmetic. But it might cost you a few bucks to have it done right. Don't just take it to anyone. Check out a few guitar repair shops in your area and just look around to see how experienced they are with accoustic guitars. Those are a little more tedious to rebuild than an electric.
