I was just curious to know how much caffeine everyone drinks/takes whether from coffee, tea, soda, pills, or other forms.

What form do you take it in?
Do you think you're addicted?
Have you shaken the addiction in the past?

(Yes, I saw a 1 year old post about kicking sodas but for those who posted then, an update could be interesting.)

i drink it like 3 or 5 days a week.. but only soda, i never touch coffee. and i dont drink soda to keep me awake or alert.. i just drink it cause i feel like having one. i usually drin k it at like lunch. nothing but water in the morning

i drink mountain dew, coke, and amp at work (6 days a week)
and i pretty much only drink vanilla coke when im at home..

yea i think im addicted, but at the same time i just like how those drinks taste. i'd drink em if they didnt have cafefeine. even amp. yum.

never any pills.

never bothered to try shaking the addiction.

i don't take much caffeine. i only drink soda maybe a couple of times a week, and it's usually something caffeine-free, like sprite/7up/sierra mist. once in a while, i'll have a coke/cherry coke. i've all but shaken my coffee addiction, since it was hurting my stomach. too acidic, i guess. i do like tea, especially iced tea, so i'd say that's where the bulk of my caffeine intake comes from.

nevar, i used to drink a ton of Moutain Dew and Coke and Pepsi and whatever else, but i stopped drinking pop completely

i cut sugar out of my diet, so caffeine went with it. all i only drink water and juice and actaully lost 15 lbs since November. (i'm not a big tub or anything either, i'm back down to 180lbs)

What form do you take it in? and occasional redbull and jager

Do you think you're addicted? i was. i'd consume almost 5 cans of coke a day

I drink a lot of coffee and tea. This is all I know.

Used to be. Switched to Vernor's and IBC. More expensive, but no more withdrawals.

never taken a caffeine pill or anything. I don't drink coffee. and I rarely drink sodas. The only caffeine I get is from the occassional Iced Tea, or the rare soda.
I shook the addiction long ago. When I stopped drinking so much tea and soda....I had a mean headache for a few days because I just stopped cold turkey. I decided to taper it off so my head wouldn't feel like it was gonna explode.
