Alt+Tab'ing with PowerToys for WinXP allows me to see a small preview of the window in the switch window.........if you can follow that.

Screw linux. I just tried it and it took me forever to get back to the windows looking part of it.

Since u know linux, are there any media players for it that can stream and play most formats. Something along the lines of Windows media
