My dad recently got one on his arm that has his scottish ancestral kilt pattern as the band, 2 feathers hanging down tied with a leather strap to the band to show his indian heritage, and a medallian in the center over where the leather would tie that has the MFD (mesa fire department) logo on it as he was in the Mesa, AZ fire department for about 30 years (retired as the asst. chief).

It's extremely well done.
