anyways the real question is what is the offset on those wheels. it may or may not be the same as the stock S2000 wheels.
if the offset is 33mm then I would get 5mm spacers, if the offset is 35 then it'll probably be okay.

then you really need a spacer. 5mm spacer and bring it up to 36mm and that should be okay.
just besure to put anti-seize on the hub side of the spacer so it doesn't get stuck on it
