If I don't eat it hurts, therefore I eat about every three hours when possible.

Sometimes I forget to eat dinner but then I get majorly hungry the next morning at about 10.

Lately I've been eating a Nutrigrain bar and a cup of coffee on the way to work and a Go Lean bar and a cup of coffee at about 11. Then lunch at 1:30 and dinner whenever.

yes I know its not healthy...It's not a permanent thing. I know why its happening to me and it won't last tooo long.

On the plus side, I've lost probably 10 lbs and dropped 1 pant/belt size.
