You on your XP machine?

Open up console and type: ping www.medi-cal.ca.gov

Then type: ping 208.1.126.10

Those two should be the same. If they aren't, then it's a DNS issue. If they are, then type: tracert 208.1.126.10

yup, pinged both IP and URL with no problem
and the trace route makes it there. i'm so confused!
