Where do you buy your weapons at?
NOt guns, but martial art type weapons.
It would be great if someone from the Bay Area could direct me to a quality local place. Online sites would be coo too. I'm looking to buy a new set of rattan or bamboo escrima sticks. The pair that i practice with are fairly beat up and would like a set to display in my place.
Guess to make this thread a little more interesting, what type of weapons do you have in your house or car and have you trained at all with them?
edit* Chinese broad sword, escrima sticks, small collection of different edged knives, staff, cane... lol, and a tai chi sword.

I own 3 butterfly knives and have been carrying butterfly knives since I was 12

I usually buy mine through various knife stores locally.
30" practice Oak Bokken

I have been practicing swordplay for a few years but have fallen off in the last two years.
Katana sword (similiar to this one) 30" blade (40" overall length)

Purchased in a shop in San Francisco made of folded steel.
I also have a very small collection of blades.
2 midevil broadswords (display pieces)
3 smaller display knives

What do u train in young grasshopper? I did kung fu then tang so doo then kung fu again then shorin ryu and then switched to wu shu. I trained in broad sword, staff, spear, long sword, nine and seven section chain whip, escrima, sai, a little kendo, jo, ton fahs, kamas, and all sorts of hand to hand like ju jitsu, grappling, boxing, kik boxing-full contact. I want to learn krav maga next or wing chun. Im getting too old for these butterfly twists and aerials.... :a:
I was trained by this cool old dude who lives on an island. He is fond of turtles but I think he is really horny. Anyways the old dude taught me a lot, like the kame-me-haaa moves. Worst part about my training was this bald dude who was also a student at the same time. He was such a short fag.
