every now and then, i burst into jackass mode when i'm driving. i'll just punch it all of a sudden, especially if someone's annoying me.

for instance, this guy with a fobbed out GSR kept weaving in the lanes around me, leaving it in a low gear so you could hear his exhaust. it was one of those moments when someone is hellbent on "beating" you through traffic. anyway i got fed up, dropped it two gears and cut his ass off HARD. i saw him all pissed off in the rearview mirror, but i didnt really care. he tailgaited me for a bit, then i floored it and made the yellow light, leaving him stuck at the intersection.

i laughed to myself, but i felt really stupid after. anyone else ever do this? :a:

 

I get ticked off by stupid drivers... usually I downshift and get a few dozen car lengths between my car and theirs and ease back in my seat adjust the lumber support and go on my merry way. If I can't pass them I either tell myself to calm down, or if they are really getting to me I pull off and take a breath of air.

except that one time when that jackass on the cellphone cut me off then honked at me for 5seconds.

 

I used to have terrible road rage. Until one day I had a friend in the car with me and I just completely snapped. She was shocked at what I did and said that she would never ride in a car with me again (me driving anyways). Ever since then, I've learned to control my temper on the roads. Good music playing in the car usually keeps me calm...

 

Yeah I do that. I usually end up owning myself though, so I try not to.

Then no. But other drivers probably portrayed it as road rage.
