Hahaha...I always wondered about that because that is one huge ass spoiler on those things.

Not my taste but I thought they passed inspection and are legal...otherwise they wouldn't have offered a park bench with it`

in CA that wont stick as long as you have a passengerside sideview mirror in addition to the driverside side view mirror.

I'm sure most of the other states hav similar laws.

I'm pretty sure the cop was just trying to hassle a car which at least appears to be an econobox with several common aftermarket accessories. Neither ticket will hold up for the simple fact that the parts are all stock and approved for sale by US federal regulations.

that can't be real cause in NY you can paint your rear window black for all they care. Not all vehicles even have rear windows. That's why rear windows and rearview mirrors aren't required by law. They are just nice options. I only know this cause I talked to a cop about it one time.
