anybody have this camera???
i did a search but came up with nothing. SONY CYBERSHOT DSC P72. im leaning on this camera, i was deciding on this and tha canon a70. does anybody have this? can you comment on the quality? thanks!

ive had the p72 and the a70. chuckie has the p72.
p72 has no manual adjustments except for white balance. its ackwardly shaped.
a70 is shaped just right for my hands. it has manual adjustments including shutter and f-stop.
i would get the a70. to comment on quality, i think they are both great point and shoot cameras.

but anyways if you just want a point and shoot either one is fine. with me leaning slightly to p72 if you are a first time photographer

I'd get the A70. Canon just came out with an updated version called the A75 with most of the same specs and a few new gimmicks, so the A70 might be getting cheaper.

p72 gets the job done
i try to take nice shots but sometimes it doesnt come out the way i like
