what are the japanese peoples thoughts toward the ring vs ringu?

Ringu was a better movie, the cinematography was much better than the American one which tried to do a lot of class American horror bs.

But actually in Japan it is just called Ring also.

in japan it is called the ring also ringu is engrish for ring:chuckles:that movie to me (japanese version) was a whole lot better

in japan, its pronounced 'lin-gu'. and it rocks so much more.

when the ring came to japan, they held a funeral for sadako to welcome in samara.
